JOURNAL OF POLICY AND BUREAUCRACY MANAGEMENT (JPBM) is published by Public Administration Program Study, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Mulawarman University two times a year (May and November), with registered number ISSN 2746-3885 (print) and ISSN 2746-5543 (online). This journal encompasses issues and practices in public policy, public management and administrations areas. All submitted articles will be subjected to peer-review and may be edited. Journal of Policy and Bureaucracy Management (JPBM) Volume 2 Number 2 November 2021 is the fourth edition that present five articles of research conducted by a number of researchers from three universities, Lampung University, Indonesia; Mulawarman University, Indonesia; and Widyagama Mahakam University, Indonesia. The theme of this edition is public management and public policy.
